Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, 2 minced onions, bread crumbs, 2 beaten eggs, chopped cilantro, half of the minced serrano pepper, 1/2 of the lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
