1 cup pitted prunes , chopped
1/2 cup dried apricot , chopped
1 cup water
1/2 cup blanched & roasted peanuts , chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 cups corn flakes , crushed
1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions

1.In a medium pot, mix chopped prunes, chopped apricots and water together and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
2.Add chopped peanut and peanut butter to the pot. Stir and remove from heat.
3.Add crushed cornflakes in 1 cup increments, mixing well after each addition, until the mixture is thick and sticky.
4.Scoop the mixture into 1 tablespoon portions and roll into balls.
5.Roll the balls in desiccated coconut to coat them evenly.
