1 bread roll , crispy , round , per person
4 -5 spinach leaves , per person
1 large egg , per person
1 tablespoon butter
1 large onion , diced
2 -3 slices bacon , diced , per person
1/2 teaspoon barbecue sauce , per person
2 tablespoons white cheddar cheese , per person

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cut off the top of the bread roll and remove the soft part from inside the roll.
