1 kg tomatoes , blanched skinned and chopped
500 g sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
6 -10 red chilies
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons fish sauce ( nam pla )

Instructions
