2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup walnuts , chopped
8 dates , pitted and chopped into 1cm pieces
1 egg
100 g butter , melted & cooled
1/3 cup honey

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line a tray with baking paper.

4.Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
5.Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls and place them onto the lined tray, leaving a few centimeters between each biscuit.
6.Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
7.Allow the biscuits to cool completely on the tray before serving or storing in an airtight container.
