125 g butter
3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup peanuts , blanched lightly toasted

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Beat butter and sugar together in a stand mixer.
3.Add egg to the mixture and continue to beat for another 2 minutes.
4.In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
5.Add flour mixture to butter mixture slowly and whisk until it combines.
6.Stir in candy-coated chocolates, peanuts, and chocolate pieces using a spatula.
7.Roll out small globes on the baking sheet using the dough and flatten them a little.
8.Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
9.Take the baking sheet out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before transferring the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
