1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice , approx ( just under 1/2 cup )
1 apple , unpeeled & halved
2 cups white sugar

Instructions

7.Ladle the jam into sterilized jars, leaving a 1/4 inch headspace.
8.Seal the jars with new lids and rings, then process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
