1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb or beef, red or green bell pepper, tomato, onion, garlic cloves, all-purpose flour, egg, cilantro leaves, salt, pepper, cumin, and turmeric. Mix well.
2.Take 2 tbsp mixture and shape it into an oval. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
