Ingredients

2 cups self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup yogurt
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
3 saffron strands
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 drops orange food coloring ( optional )
2 tablespoons rose water

Instructions

8.Dip fried Amratis in the sugar syrup.
9.Serve warm with a drizzle of rose water on top.
