Ingredients

500 g cod , fish skinless and boneless cut into 1 inch cube
2 tablespoons oil
oil ( for deep frying )
10 green chilies , deseeded and chopped in to fine strips
2 spring onions , chopped
1 small onion , cut into large squares
5 garlic cloves , coarsely chopped
5 g fresh ginger , cut into thin strips
2 green bell peppers , deseeded and cut into 1 inch pieces one cup
1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 taplespoon cornflour
1 egg white
1 tablespoon corn starch mix with 4 tbsp water
Chili Fish Pakistani Style is a popular South Asian seafood dish. It is made by coating cubes of fish in a spiced batter and frying them until golden brown. Instructions

1.In a large bowl, marinate the fish with lime juice, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

3.In the same wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the green chilies, garlic, ginger, and onions until fragrant.
4.Add in the bell peppers and stir-fry for a few minutes.
5.Mix together the dark and light soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and cornflour.
6.Add the above mixture to the wok and bring it to a boil while stirring continuously.
7.Once the sauce is thickened, add fried fish and mix well.
8.Serve hot with steamed rice.
