Ingredients

1 teaspoon curry powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 - 1 1/2 green chili , minced ( only if you can handle it spicy ) ( optional )
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro ( also called coriander or Chinese parsley ) ( optional )
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or 1 1/2 tablespoons ghee

7.Remove from the heat, and stir in the chopped cilantro (if using) and butter or ghee.
8.Serve hot with basmati rice or naan bread.
