50 g carrots , peeled and grated

1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 onion peeled boiled and puree
2 tomatoes , cut into cube
1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seed
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon onion seeds
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
1 egg

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, green peas, spinach, grated carrots, salt, cumin, and red chili.
2.Mix well to form small balls.

4.Heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan, add fenugreek, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, and onion seeds.
5.Add ginger and garlic paste, sauté well.
6.Add tomato and onion puree, yogurt, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt and mix well.
7.Add water, let it cook for some time.
8.Once the curry is thick, add fried koftas.
