Craving a burger with a twist? These mouth-watering teriyaki burgers are the perfect solution. Made with a blend of savory soy sauce, tangy red wine vinegar, sweet sugar, and aromatic garlic and ginger, these burgers are a flavor-packed delight. Ground beef is mixed with the teriyaki sauce and cooked to perfection, resulting in juicy and flavorful burgers. Serve them up on toasted buns with your favorite toppings, or add a slice of grilled pineapple for extra sweetness.

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, red wine vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, garlic and ginger until the sugar has completely dissolved.
2.Add the ground beef to a large mixing bowl, pour the teriyaki mixture over the beef and mix until just combined.
3.Divide the mixture into four even portions, shape each portion into a patty and make a small thumbprint in the center of each patty to prevent it from puffing up while cooking.
4.Heat a grill pan or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook each burger for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
5.Serve the burgers on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
6.Optional: Grill pineapple slices and serve on top of the burgers for added sweetness and flavor.
