1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups water
hot dog
okonomiyaki sauce
low-fat mayonnaise
bonito flakes ( dried fish shavings )

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, chicken broth, salt, egg, and water in a mixing bowl. Whisk until the batter is smooth.
2.In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add a spoonful of oil. Add the cabbage and cook until it's wilted.
3.Drain the cabbage from any excess water and add it to the mixing bowl. Mix well.
4.Add hot dog to the bowl, mix well and pour the mixture onto the frying pan.
5.Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Once the edges start to brown, flip the pancake carefully.
6.Cook for another 5-7 minutes and then transfer to a plate.
7.Spread Okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise over the pancake and sprinkle with bonito flakes. Serve with more sauce and mayo if desired.
