Ingredients

1/4 cup white sesame seeds
1/4 cup black sesame seed
1 tablespoon miso , sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 pieces tuna , loin ( about 8 oz each )
vegetable-oil cooking spray
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Sesame Seared Tuna with Dynamite Sauce is a delicious and healthy seafood dish that is perfect for lunch or dinner. Instructions

2.In a small bowl, whisk together the miso sauce and the sesame oil. Brush the mixture over the tuna loin pieces.
3.Roll the tuna pieces in the toasted sesame seeds, pressing firmly to coat evenly.
4.Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Coat the skillet with cooking spray and add the tuna pieces. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until the sesame seeds are golden brown and the tuna is cooked through.
5.In another small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and the toasted sesame oil. Serve the tuna with the dynamite sauce on the side.
