3 zucchini , sliced into thick circles
1 medium yellow onion , sliced
2 carrots , sliced
1/2 head broccoli , cut into florets
1 cup white rice
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 lb large shrimp , cleaned ( with tails removed )
1 lb chicken , cut into chunks
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup butter and 2 tablespoons of badia brand complete seasoning.
2.Preheat a griddle over high heat.
3.Start cooking the linguine per the package directions, and keep it warm.
4.On the griddle, melt 1/2 cup of the butter.
5.Add the zucchini and onion, and cook until softened.
6.Add the carrots and broccoli, and cook until they are crisp-tender.
7.Add the rice to a pot with 2 cups of water and the remaining butter, soy sauce and Old Bay Seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let simmer until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
8.In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, water, rice vinegar, tomato paste, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1 tablespoon badia brand complete seasoning, garlic powder, sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, and ginger.
9.On the griddle, cook the shrimp and chicken, tossing with 2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce until cooked through.
10.Toss the cooked linguine with the prepared sauce and divide it among four plates.
11.Serve the cooked vegetables, shrimp, and chicken, alongside the buttery rice. drizzle any remaining sauce over the grilled veggies, shrimp, and chicken.
