340 g spinach
5 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons dashi ( I make up instant granules )
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

1.Wash spinach thoroughly and drain well.

4.In a small bowl, combine the ground sesame seeds, dashi, and soy sauce.
5.Blanch spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then immediately rinse under cold water and drain well.
6.Squeeze the spinach tightly to remove any excess water and chop it into 5cm lengths.
7.Put the chopped spinach into a serving dish and pour the sesame dressing over the top.
8.Mix well and serve cold or at room temperature.
