1 lb extra firm tofu , cut into 3/4 inch cubes

Instructions

1.In a medium bowl whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, gingerroot, canola oil, and black pepper.
2.Place tofu cubes in a large airtight container.
3.Pour marinade over tofu, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours for better flavor. Stir occasionally.
4.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
5.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread the tofu cubes on it.
6.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are caramelized and the tofu is firm, stirring halfway through cooking time.
