Ingredients

1/4 lb cod fish fillet , sliced in 3 pieces
2 prawns , deveined and butterflied
1/4 onion , sliced
1 napa cabbage leaf , cut into bite size
3 shiitake mushrooms , stems removed
1/4 carrot , sliced
3 ounces tofu , cubed
dried kombu
2 tablespoons sake
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

5.Add the sliced carrots, cubed tofu, cod fish fillet, and deveined prawns.
6.Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
7.Add the sliced napa cabbage and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
8.Add 2 tablespoons of sake, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
9.Serve hot in bowls.
