Instructions

7.Strain the red beans and reserve 1 cup of the cooking liquid. Puree the red beans in a food processor and add them to the ice cream mixture, along with the reserved cooking liquid. Mix well.
8.Place the ice cream in a freezer-proof container and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
