1/2 head cabbage , shredded
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

This dish features crispy chicken cutlets that are coated in a crunchy breadcrumb crust and served with a tangy tonkatsu sauce. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Season chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper on both sides.
3.Place flour in a shallow dish and season with additional 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
4.In another shallow dish, whisk together beaten eggs and water.
5.In a third shallow dish, place Panko breadcrumbs.
6.Coat each chicken breast in flour mixture, then dip into egg mixture, and finally coat in Panko breadcrumbs.
7.Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
8.Cook chicken cutlets 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown, then transfer to lined baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
9.In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, sugar, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, Dijon mustard, allspice, and 1/2 cup of water.
10.Bring sauce to a boil, stirring occasionally, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce has thickened slightly.
