The one promising fact is that since this recipe is made with brown rice, it contains more fiber and nutrients than white rice. As an excellent source of both carbs and protein, Chahan is a filling and satisfying dish. The egg topping in Chahan provides a good amount of protein which supports muscle growth and maintenance. It’s also a good source of vitamin D, which is essential for bone health.
