Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 220 C.
2.In a pot, melt the butter, sugar, and water over low heat.
3.Add flour to the pot and stir with a wooden spoon until it turns into a dough and thoroughly mixed.
4.Remove from the heat and let it cool down.
5.Mix in the eggs, one at a time, until it is completely incorporated and smooth.
6.Pipe the dough on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
7.Reduce the temperature to 190C and bake for an additional 13-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
8.For the cream, whisk the flour, sugar, and warm milk together.
9.Cook this mixture on medium heat stirring continuously until bubbles form on the surface and it thickens.
10.Remove from the heat and add butter.
11.Mix in egg yolks and whisk until smooth and glossy.
12.Allow the cream to cool down before filling the baked choux pastry with it.
13.Sprinkle some powdered sugar over the top of the cream puffs before serving.
