200 g thinly sliced beef , scraps ( komagire )
1 japanese green pepper ( green piiman )
30 g bamboo shoots
1 garlic clove
1 pinch pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sake
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce

Instructions

1.Cut the green pepper into thin strips, the bamboo shoots into bite-size pieces, and the garlic into thin slices.
2.Cut the beef into thin strips and sprinkle with cornstarch.
3.In a bowl, mix together the 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon sake.
4.In another bowl, mix together the 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon oyster sauce.
5.Heat a frying pan over high heat and add the beef. Cook until browned, about 1-2 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
6.In the same pan, add the garlic and green pepper, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the bamboo shoots and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
7.Add the beef back into the pan and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients. Stir until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients, 1-2 minutes.
8.Serve hot with rice.
