3 tablespoons soy sauce ( or 3 tablespoons defatted roasting liquid from pork )

1 kg pork roast , only slightly fatty

Instructions

9.Place each bun on a parchment paper square and place it on a steamer rack.
10.Steam the buns in batches for 20 minutes over high heat.
