Ingredients

4 cups shredded napa cabbage

2 red radishes , halved and thinly sliced
2 medium oranges
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons mirin ( sweet rice wine )
1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon wasabi powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

3.Cut off the top and bottom of the oranges and slice off the peel and pith so that the flesh is showing. Cut the oranges into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl with the vegetables.
4.In a small bowl, whisk together rice wine vinegar, mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil, wasabi powder, and salt. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
5.Divide the vegetable ragout into bowls and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
