2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon hot paprika
1 tablespoon freshly cracked black peppercorns
1/4 cup freshly chopped flat leaf parsley
3/4 cup olive oil
Turkish Marinade (Beef & Lamb Kabobs) is a flavorful dish that originates from Turkey, but has become popular around the world thanks to its bold and rich flavors. Instructions

1.Combine the sweet onions, lemon juice, garlic cloves, ground cinnamon, cumin, hot paprika, black peppercorns, and flat leaf parsley in a blender or food processor.

3.Trim the fat from 2 pounds of beef and lamb cubes and place them in a large zip-lock bag.

6.Thread the meat onto skewers and grill them on a barbecue or in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, turning once or twice until the meat is nicely charred on the outside and cooked to your desired level on the inside.
