1 glass pasteurized milk
1 spoon chickpeas
3 liters pasteurized milk

Instructions

5.Cover the jar with a lid and wrap it with a clean towel.
6.Leave the jar to ferment at room temperature for 8-12 hours, or until thickened.
7.Once thickened, refrigerate the yoghurt for at least 2 hours or until chilled. The yoghurt should last for approximately 10 days in the fridge.
