Instructions

1.Take a large mixing bowl and combine the ground lamb, cooked rice, onion, feta cheese, parsley, dill, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined and let rest for 5 minutes.
2.Wet your hands and form the mixture into oval shapes resembling a chicken drumstick.
3.Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and add the meatballs. Fry them on one side for 3-4 minutes, until browned, then flip them over and fry for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
4.Serve the Ladies' Thighs as a main meal with a side salad, and lemon wedges if desired.
