1 teaspoon ground flax seed ( optional )
1 cup ice cube ( about 8 )

Instructions

1.In a blender, combine 1 cup of walnut milk, 1 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt, 3/4 cup of chopped Medjool dates, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of ground flax seed (optional).
