Ingredients

1 green bell pepper , chopped
1 garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 -2 green chili ( more or less depending on taste )
1 dried chili
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water
Bisbas, Khudra is a popular North African condiment that is widely used in countries such as Libya, Tunisia, and Algeria. Instructions

1.Soak dried chili in water for 10 minutes and remove its seeds.
2.In a food processor or mortar, add green bell pepper, garlic, cumin seed, ground coriander, green chili, and dried chili.
3.Add salt and water.
4.Grind to a fine consistency.
5.Put the Bisbas, Khudra in a clean container, cover the container, and keep it in the fridge.
6.Take out the required amount from the fridge and serve it with any food item of your choice.
