Ingredients

2 lbs lean boneless leg of lamb
3 tablespoons chopped of fresh mint ( or 1 tablespoon dried mint )
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 garlic cloves , minced
1 cup boiling water
24 dried figs
2 red onions

Instructions
