Ingredients

2 medium red onions , peeled and quartered
salt
cracked black pepper
pomegranate syrup , about 1 tablespoon
baby arugula leaf ( optional , my addition )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 190 C (375 F).
2.Place the onion quarters in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
3.Drizzle the pomegranate syrup over the onions.
4.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the onions are soft and caramelized.
5.Serve warm, garnished with baby arugula leaves if desired.
