Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, combine the shelled shrimp, soy sauce, Scotch whisky, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix to coat the shrimp evenly and set aside.

3.Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, and curry paste to the hot oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
