Ingredients

300 g spanish mackerel ( flesh )
5 shallots ( slice )
1/2 cup bean sprouts
coriander leaves
2 stalks long beans
1 stalk lemongrass ( chopped )
1 stalk spring onion
1 teaspoon chili powder ( paprika for substitute )
4 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
3 teaspoons lime juice ( lemon juice )
birds eye chile ( chopped , personally i prefer it to be more spicy . ) ( optional )

Instructions

4.In a large mixing bowl, toss together the mackerel, sliced shallots, bean sprouts, coriander leaves, long beans, chopped lemongrass, and chopped birds eye chilies (if using).
5.Pour the fish sauce mixture over the salad and toss to distribute the dressing evenly.
6.Serve immediately and enjoy!
