Ingredients

500 g firm tofu , cut into cubes
80 g leeks
10 g toasted sesame seeds
62 1/2 ml soy sauce ( gluten-free optional )
62 1/2 ml sesame oil
100 g apples , cored and chopped into quarters
30 ml maple syrup
10 g toasted sesame seeds
25 g chili paste , Korean

Instructions

4.Heat an oiled grill pan or grill over medium-high heat. Add tofu and leeks to the pan, reserving the marinade.
5.Cook turning occasionally, until Tofu is goldenbrown, about 8-10 minutes. The leeks should be tender.
6.In a small saucepan, pour the reserved marinade, bring to boil and reduce until it thickens. Serve with the BBQ mix.
