2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon roasted sesame seed oil
1 small garlic clove , crushed
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
7 ounces mixed squid rings and prawns
4 garlic cloves , crushed

7/8 cup all-purpose flour ( or white spelt flour )
3 tablespoons glutinous-rice flour ( or cornstarch )
2 eggs , beaten
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
6 green onions , sliced lengthwise
1/2 green chili pepper , seeded and sliced
1/2 red chili pepper , seeded and sliced
Seafood & Green Onion Pancake (Haemul Pa-Jeon) is a Korean-style savory pancake made with all-purpose flour, mixed seafood, green onions, and chili peppers. Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, roasted sesame seed oil, and crushed garlic to make the dipping sauce. Set aside.
2.In a medium bowl, combine mixed squid rings and prawns, crushed garlic, toasted sesame seeds, roasted sesame seed oil, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
3.In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, glutinous-rice flour, and beaten eggs.
4.Gradually add cold water to the flour mixture while whisking until it forms a smooth, thin batter.
5.In a non-stick pan, heat sunflower oil over medium heat.
6.Add sliced green onions and chili peppers to the pan, and then pour the flour batter over the vegetables.
7.Arrange the seafood mixture over the top of the batter and vegetables, and then press them into the batter.
8.Cook the pancake until golden brown on one side, about 4-5 minutes, and then flip it over and cook the other side for the same amount of time.
9.Cut the pancake into bite-sized pieces and serve with the dipping sauce.
