1/4 cup vegetable oil , divided

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together the garlic, salt, water, eggs, sesame oil, and flour to form a smooth batter.

4.Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Add another tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet as needed between batches.
5.Serve hot with soy sauce or any dipping sauce of your choice.
