1 bottle mirin
3 bunches green onions , chopped
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 onions , sliced thin
2 tablespoons sugar
3 garlic cloves , diced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 inches piece gingerroot , chopped or grated
salt and pepper

Instructions

2.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
3.When ready to cook, heat a large skillet over high heat and add the marinated beef.
4.Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the beef is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
5.Serve with rice, lettuce leaves, and slices of julienned carrots and cucumbers.
