1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger , minced
1/2 carrot
2 green onions
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 garlic clove , minced
toasted sesame seeds , optional garnish
