Instructions

1.Clean and wash the red snapper, then sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides
2.Mix beef, bean curd, mushrooms, pine nuts, garlic, leeks, salt, and salad oil together in a bowl
3.Stuff the ingredients from step 2 inside the red snapper, then sew up both sides of the fish
4.Heat water in a large pot and add chopped cucumber, carrot, mushrooms, and ginkgo nuts
5.Place the red snapper in the pot and let it boil for about 40 minutes over low heat
6.Once boiled, remove the red snapper from the pot and cool down before serving
7.Serve with flour on top, or with soy sauce and vinegar according to your preference.
