1 lb round steak
1 large onion
2 tablespoons onions
spring onion , for garnish
1 small onion , sliced
1/4 cup soya sauce ( gluten free )
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup sugar
Bulgogi is a Korean dish made with thinly sliced marinated beef. This gluten-free version of the traditional dish is just as delicious but is safe for those with gluten sensitivities. Instructions

1.Slice the steak as thinly as possible and set aside.
