Ingredients

30 ounces kulfi ice cream ( Super Easy Kulfi ( Pakistani Ice Cream ) , or 6 popsicles )
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons basil seeds ( called takmaria in indian or pakistani stores , soak before making dessert )
9 tablespoons rose syrup ( called RoohAfza in indo or pak store )
3 ounces falooda noodles ( you can also use rice noodles in asian stores , boil and cool ahead )

Instructions

1.In a large glass, place 2 tablespoons of soaked basil seeds at the bottom.
2.Add 2 tablespoons of rose syrup over the basil seeds.
3.Add 1 tablespoon of falooda noodles on top of the rose syrup.
4.Pour 1/4 cup of milk over the falooda noodles.
5.Add one scoop of kulfi ice cream.
6.Repeat the layers till the glass is filled, but make sure to end with a scoop of ice cream.
7.Finally, drizzle some rose syrup over the ice cream and sprinkle some chopped nuts (optional).
8.Serve chilled with a spoon and a straw.
