Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

6.While the korma is cooking, heat oil in a fry-pan and sauté the onion and sugar snap peas until tender; stir in the cherry tomatoes and coconut milk. Continue to cook for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
7.Add turkey meatballs and stir well before serving with rice. Garnish with desiccated coconut and coriander leaves.
