Ingredients

1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
1/2 teaspoon onion seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

2 jalapeno peppers ( seeds and all )
1 bunch fresh cilantro ( washed , long stems cut off )
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup plain yogurt ( An unthickened type of yogurt works best )

Instructions

1.Grind the onion seeds and fenugreek seeds in a spice grinder to a fine powder.

3.Using a mortar and pestle, grind the garlic cloves and ginger to a fine paste.

6.Mix all ingredients well.
7.Add the fresh cilantro, and mix again.

9.Marinate the chicken or meat for at least 2 hours or overnight.
10.Preheat the oven to 375F.
11.Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
12.Place the marinated chicken or meat on the baking sheet.
13.Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken or meat is cooked through.
