Ingredients

1 mango
2 jalapeno peppers
fresh coriander
2 lemons , juice of
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
salt
chat masala
water
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
This Indian Touch Mango Dip is a delicious combination of sweet and savory flavors with slight heat from the jalapenos. The sweet mango puree is blended with tangy lemon juice and coriander while creamy cream cheese gives it a silky smooth texture. The addition of chat masala and jalapenos give the dip a unique Indian flavor. Instructions

1.Cut the mango into small pieces and put it in the food processor, blend it to make a smooth puree.
2.Remove the seeds and stem of the jalapeno peppers and cut into small pieces.
3.Add the jalapeno, coriander, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to the mango puree and blend again to make a smooth paste.
4.Add chat masala powder to the puree and blend for another 10 seconds.
5.Add water gradually and blend to make a smooth and spreadable consistency.
6.In a bowl add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mango puree and mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
7.Garnish with coriander sprigs and slices of jalapeno pepper.
