1 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
50 g fresh coriander leaves , chopped
salt , to taste
oil , for frying

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the refined flour, grated potatoes, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, and salt, and knead it into a soft dough.

3.Heat oil in a deep-frying pan.
