Ingredients

4 baby red potatoes
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 hard-boiled eggs , peeled
1 large boneless chicken breast
1 cup white wine
1 tablespoon powdered milk , do not rehydrate
3/4 large red onion , diced

1 tablespoon oil , for frying

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400F.

10.Place the potato skins back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
