500 g cottage cheese , cubed
200 g shelled peas
2 large onions
3 medium tomatoes
1 tablespoon ginger paste
2 tablespoons garlic paste
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 teaspoons garam masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 green chilies , chopped fine
4 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 cups water
salt
coriander leaves , chopped fine ( to garnish )
Mutter Paneer is a popular North Indian dish that is often served in Indian households. Instructions

1.In a blender, make a smooth paste of onions, tomatoes, ginger paste, and garlic paste.
2.In a pan, heat oil and add the paste made in step 1.
3.Cook until the oil begins to separate.
4.Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and chopped green chilies.
5.Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6.Add shelled peas and water.
7.Cover with a lid and cook until peas are cooked.
8.Add cubed cottage cheese and salt.
9.Cook for another 5 minutes.
10.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
