2 2 cups mutton or 2 cups beef
5 -6 slices fresh white bread
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 big onion ( FINELY CHOPPED )
salt
oil ( FOR FRYING )

Instructions

1.Soak bread slices in water, then squeeze out the water completely and mash them.

3.Take small portions of the mixture and make small fritters with your hand.
4.Heat oil in a pan and fry these fritters until they turn golden brown on both sides.
5.Remove from oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve hot with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
